The Little Wine Company is owned and operated by Ian and Suzanne Little, husband and wife winemaking team who between them have more than 30 years of winemaking experience. The winery is located in the Broke-Fordwich sub region and has a 300 tonne capacity.
Ian, a trained Biochemist, has been making wine in the Hunter Valley since 1984. Suzanne joined Ian in the family winery in 2000 after many years making wine around Australia including 5 years as Senior Winemaker for Rosemount Estate.
The Little Wine Company has been a pioneer of "alternative" varieties in the Hunter Valley and has a strong commitment to ongoing product development. The range currently includes Gewurztraminer, Viognier, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Sangiovese and Petit Verdot.

The terra rossa soils are the ideal environment to produce premium red wines. Sandy loam soils nearer the Wollombi Brook provide the ideal environment to produce superior white wines.
